Ms Saba Iqbal is the Executive Director of Strategy and Operations and Registered Manager at Oxford Psychiatry Group. She leads organisational strategy, operational delivery, governance, quality assurance, communications and business development, ensuring that clinical excellence and patient experience remain aligned across the service.

She brings extensive regulatory expertise from her work as a Mental Health Inspector for the Care Quality Commission (CQC), alongside senior leadership experience within healthcare start-ups. Her background includes service development, safeguarding, governance frameworks, quality improvement and strategic growth within regulated healthcare environments.

Saba has a strong foundation in education, having worked as a teacher and departmental leader, with extensive experience supporting neurodiverse individuals. She is also a life coach specialising in Neurodiversity, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and ADHD. Her lived experience of ADHD and dyslexia informs her inclusive, practical and development-focused approach, with a particular interest in supporting young adults through periods of transition, challenge and personal growth.

Her leadership style is collaborative and values-driven, with a strong emphasis on accessibility, safeguarding and high-quality, person-centred care.
