Ms Saba Iqbal is the Executive Director of Strategy and Operations and Registered Manager at Oxford Psychiatry Group. She oversees organisational strategy, service governance, operations, quality, communications and business development.

Saba has extensive regulatory experience from her work as a Mental Health Inspector for the Care Quality Commission (CQC), where she assessed services across England for safety, effectiveness and leadership. Her background includes dementia training, safeguarding, anti-bias frameworks, equality and quality improvement, all of which inform her governance and service-development work at OPG.

She has previously held senior roles as a Strategy and Operations Director within healthcare start-ups, leading business planning, service development, policy creation and national stakeholder engagement. Earlier in her career, she worked as a teacher and departmental leader, gaining extensive experience supporting neurodiverse learners.

Saba’s lived experience of ADHD and dyslexia informs her commitment to accessibility, inclusion and patient-centred care. She brings strategic insight, operational leadership and a collaborative approach to ensuring clinical excellence and high-quality patient experience across the organisation.
