Life Coaching – Neurodiversity, ADHD & Young Adults
Saba Iqbal offers life coaching with a particular focus on Neurodiversity, ADHD and Autism (ASD). Her coaching approach is practical, supportive and strengths-based, helping individuals build confidence, self-understanding and resilience during key periods of personal development.
As a qualified teacher and life coach, Saba combines professional experience in education with lived experience of ADHD and dyslexia. This allows her to work sensitively and effectively with individuals navigating challenges related to organisation, motivation, emotional regulation, confidence, identity and life transitions.
While her primary focus is on young adults, Saba also works with individuals at other stages of life where a neurodiversity-informed coaching approach may be helpful.
Life coaching is non-clinical and is designed to support personal development alongside, and where appropriate in collaboration with, any existing medical or psychological care.
